Introduction: Their Business and History
Founded by Jamsetji Nusserwanji Tata in 1868, the Tata group is a Multinational Enterprise headquartered in India.
It all started with a capital of ₹21,000 and a small trading company
Jamsetji Tata later Takes a bold move and decides to set up a cotton mill Named Empress mill in Nagpur instead of Mumbai (Bombay)
It was from then on they achieved various milestones
Some random facts about TATA group :
•It was the First company to be people first i.e., being employee friendly as well as giving incentives to its own employees .
•Tata went on creating India's only hotel the taj hotel where Indians would be treated without discrimination .
•Tata was also the company Behind Indias first Airliance “Air India”
Which inspired various other Airliner like Singapore Airlines and Thai Airline.
Today after founding and running TATA group for 153 years, it is the owner of more than 100 companies in 100 + countries across various Important Industries.

•They are Excellent at "calculated Risk taking "for example, they recently took up the risk and won bid of an auction to buy Air India from the Government at a cost of 18000 crores of Indian rupees. Now TATA group officially owns a country flag bearer flight along with the 141 Aircrafts.

From these points we can also conclude that TATA also has a personality type of an "Authoritarian" .
Developments TATA bought as a company to India:
Today TATA is the employer of more than 8 lakh employees and supplies services to more than 700 million people across 100 + countries and this in turn brings a lot of foreign exchange and improvement in the standard of living of many employees.
•TATA has bought a lot of changes to the passport seva services due to their customer first attitude and hence increased the efficiency.
•TATA group founded Air India the first airline service of India and helped in the efficient mail transfer when India did not have much of a developed roadways and railways.
•TATA group also lead to formation of an Cancer hospital named as the TATA memorial Hospital Where 70 % of all cancer Patients are given free treatment .
•TATA group also led to the creation of the Tata institute of science which today is known as the Indian Institute of Science this institute played a vital role in educating many important People Like :
Vikaram Ambala Sarabhai (who lead to formation of ISRO and develop nuclear power).

-Homi Jahangir Bhabha (lead to the formation of the nuclear program)
- CV Raman (person who found Raman Effect and received a Noble price for this)
